Help us celebrate Larry today! 20 years and counting! Its an honor having him on the team!

In 2006 with over 20 years of experience already in the trade, Larry joined our team then called Leon Ray Martin Excavating. Many of us benefit greatly from that same experience and wealth of knowledge that he freely shares with us still today! Were always impressed watching the way he integrates new methods and tools as the industry evolves. From simple smart phone advances to GPS automated earthmoving machines, he hasn't missed a beat keeping up with technology!
Larry speaks through his thought process well and includes others he is working with to develop the most efficient route to success. He even excels in keeping all paperwork of the job straight, building confidence for our customers daily!

Larry I've sure learned alot from you and still have a ways to go, so don't go getting any ideas of retirement just yet! Looking forward to many more years serving along side you. Thank you for your leadership, encouragement, and friendship over the many seasons in bussiness. Excited to see what the future holds! -Del
