$1 MILLION raised. 670 shooters. 25 years of impact. The Alliance team was proud to compete at the 25th Annual Maverick Shoot benefiting Colorado Youth Outdoors! This year's event raised over $1 million for CYO programs that help kids and families connect through the outdoors. Stronger families, lifelong memories, and real impact. That's what it's all about.

Last week, the Cranes Landing team wrapped up Safety Week in the best way possible!

Before firing up the grill, we had local firefighters on-site for a live safety demonstration! From hands-on fire extinguisher training to getting up close with real equipment, it was eye-opening, exciting, and exactly what Safety Week is all about.

A special shoutout to our very own project engineer, Hannah, who volunteered as the "injured" patient in the emergency rescue demonstration!

Then we celebrated the right way, BBQ style!

A huge shoutout to everyone at Cranes Landing who showed up, engaged, and made safety a priority last week. You're the reason we go home safe every day.

At Alliance Construction Solutions, safety is more than a requirement, it's how we operate every day.

As we kick off Construction Safety Week, we're reinforcing our "No Loose Bolts" mindset: the idea that even the smallest hazards deserve immediate attention. A loose cord, a missing pin, a quick "I'll fix it later", that's where problems start, and that's exactly what we're here to catch.

All week, our teams will be diving into daily toolbox talks and activities covering pinch points, nail gun safety, electrical hazards, and PPE. We're wrapping up the week with a team BBQ to recognize the people who show up and look out for each other every day.

A safe job site doesn't happen by accident. It's built through awareness, accountability, and action.

Proud to be at Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver Annual Fundraising Breakfast. The people in that room are doing the real work building safe, affordable homes and stronger communities, one family at a time.
Alliance is built on the belief that what we build matters beyond the structure. Grateful for the reminder of why that mission hits home.

Proud to give back before we tear down! Before demolition begins on The Prosper, we partnered with the Golden Fire Department to let their crews use the structure for live fire and rescue training exercises.

Buildings like this don't come along often, and giving firefighters a real-world environment to sharpen their skills is something we were honored to be a part of. Safety is at the core of everything we do, and that doesn't stop at our job site.

Thank you to the men and women of the Golden Fire Department for all you do.

Every floor tells a story.

At Cranes Landing, the Level 1 clinic is painted, floored, and getting its millwork finished, nearly ready to serve the community.

On the residential side of Level 1, flooring is going down and cabinets are on deck. Level 3 is getting its paint this week. Level 4 drywall is being hung and finished. Levels 5, 6, and 7 are progressing through rough-ins and inspections, with drywall queued up floor by floor.

Outside, masonry is complete, EIFS is 65% done and wrapping around the building, and metal panels are finishing at the clinic before moving to the residential side.

And on the roof, our solar canopy is installed and nearly wired.

Seven levels. Every trade moving in sequence. That's the rhythm of a well-run project.

Grateful to be partnering with Mercy Housing to bring Cranes Landing to life. This is what we love to do!!
