This week, the Alliance Construction Solutions team fired up the grill to celebrate our summer interns, who spent the season out on the job sites getting real, hands-on construction experience. From safety walks to site logistics, these interns rolled up their sleeves and learned what it really takes to build.

We're proud to invest in the next generation of builders, and even prouder of how much they brought to our sites this summer.
Thanks for a great season, interns. The jobsite won't be the same without you!

Construction on The Gallery at Longmont reached a meaningful milestone as the first truss, signed by the entire project team, was raised into place. The four-story, 180,000-square-foot senior living community is taking shape.
Designed by SmithGroup and developed by Experience Senior Living, the wood-frame podium building will offer up to 172 units spanning independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
To our subcontractor partners, thank you for your craftsmanship, your commitment to safety, and your partnership on this project. We look forward to the next phase of construction as The Gallery at Longmont moves toward completion.

Excited to partner with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless on the groundbreaking of Park Avenue Apartments, a 60-unit permanent supportive housing development at 3721 North Globeville Road in Denver, transforming the site of a former La Quinta Inn into a new community resource.
Designed by Davis Partnership Architects with trauma-informed principles shaped by residents with lived experience of homelessness, the community will offer full-kitchen units, shared amenities like a computer lab and library, and easy access to the South Platte River Trail and 41st & Fox Light Rail Station, with all residents receiving RTD EcoPasses.
We're excited to help bring this project to life for the Globeville community.

We're proud to join Habitat Denver, Architects, Development, and the City of Golden in celebrating the groundbreaking of The Prosper at Golden, a truly landmark development for the community.
This 40-unit affordable, for-sale condominium community will offer 23 one-bedroom and 17 two-bedroom homes ranging from 461–741 square feet. Designed with all-electric systems, high-efficiency insulation, and energy-efficient appliances, The Prosper is built to keep both upfront costs and monthly utility bills manageable for its future homeowners.
What makes this project especially meaningful is that every unit will be deed-restricted to ensure long-term affordability making The Prosper the first permanently affordable homeownership community in the City of Golden.
It's an honor to build something that doesn't just house people today, but creates a lasting pathway to homeownership for generations to come. Congratulations to Habitat Denver, BVH Architects, Shanahan Development, and all the partners making this vision a reality.

Another one bites the dust.

Our crew wrapped up demolition on Park Avenue this week, clearing the way for something great to rise in its place.

Selective demo, site prep, and debris removal all handled safely and on schedule. Big thank you to our team for keeping safety first every step of the way.

$1 MILLION raised. 670 shooters. 25 years of impact. The Alliance team was proud to compete at the 25th Annual Maverick Shoot benefiting Colorado Youth Outdoors! This year's event raised over $1 million for CYO programs that help kids and families connect through the outdoors. Stronger families, lifelong memories, and real impact. That's what it's all about.

Last week, the Cranes Landing team wrapped up Safety Week in the best way possible!

Before firing up the grill, we had local firefighters on-site for a live safety demonstration! From hands-on fire extinguisher training to getting up close with real equipment, it was eye-opening, exciting, and exactly what Safety Week is all about.

A special shoutout to our very own project engineer, Hannah, who volunteered as the "injured" patient in the emergency rescue demonstration!

Then we celebrated the right way, BBQ style!

A huge shoutout to everyone at Cranes Landing who showed up, engaged, and made safety a priority last week. You're the reason we go home safe every day.

At Alliance Construction Solutions, safety is more than a requirement, it's how we operate every day.

As we kick off Construction Safety Week, we're reinforcing our "No Loose Bolts" mindset: the idea that even the smallest hazards deserve immediate attention. A loose cord, a missing pin, a quick "I'll fix it later", that's where problems start, and that's exactly what we're here to catch.

All week, our teams will be diving into daily toolbox talks and activities covering pinch points, nail gun safety, electrical hazards, and PPE. We're wrapping up the week with a team BBQ to recognize the people who show up and look out for each other every day.

A safe job site doesn't happen by accident. It's built through awareness, accountability, and action.
