Mortar crew has been hard at it this year. We have been repairing multiple stormwater pipes using the spray applied pipe lining method, coating manholes with mortar and epoxy and pouring inverts in pipes when needed. Dont fire up that excavator just yet, give us a call for a trenchless solution🦾

Transstate LLC is an established family-owned utility contracting business specializing in trenchless pipeline services. Transstate offers a variety of services but primarily is out inspecting pipelines (with robotic crawler cameras), cleaning pipelines (with high pressure trailer jetters or combinations vacuum trucks), and repairing pipelines (using a variety of trenchless technology).

*Weekly Paychecks - pay based on experience - starting at $18 - $20+/hour for Laborers, $22-25+/hour for CDL driver/laborer, $22-25+/hour for CCTV operator

*Yearly Bonuses based on company performance

*First year you will receive 1 week (5 days) vacation starting and paid at Christmas (4 days and one day the Friday after Thanksgiving). *Second- and third-week vacation (5 days) starting on the second and third year of employment to be used at employes discretion

Qualifications: What we need from you

*Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and must be able to drive company vehicles with a clean driving record

*Must be able to work out of town as needed

*Must be able to work outside during all weather conditions

*Must have reliable transportation to report to work at 7:00 am in Denver

*Must be a team player with a can-do attitude

*Able to lift 80 lbs. when required

*Able to work in confined spaces when required

*Basic computer skills

*Wear all appropriate PPE

Did you know that over a period of time sewer gases can eat concrete? Fortunately, this municipality is on top of their collection system and reached out for some help. Multiple 17'+/- deep manholes located under a busy highway needed restoration. Here are a few pictures of us rehabilitating the old manholes with restoration mortar and epoxy.

Transstate LLC crews working in tandem cleaning and inspecting large diameter storm drain pipelines. Our combination trucks use high pressure water at flow rates up to 90 gallons per minute to remove sediment and debris from the pipelines. After the pipe is cleaned we send a robotic camera inside the pipe to verify the pipe is cleaned and code any structural defects using NASSCO certified software.
Roadway flooding and sinkholes are a common cause of storm drain defects. Keeping a proactive approach on storm drain maintenance can help prevent these issues. Keep 'em flowing boys!

This video shows us cleaning and inspecting sanitary sewer lines for a client. We use high pressure water to remove roots, grease and any build up within the sanitary sewer lines and then inspect the pipes with a self propelled camera. 50' downstream from a manhole we came across a power line cross bore. A 2" powerline conduit was actually drilled through the sewer line. This obstruction could block the sewer flow and cause a sanitary sewer spill into the street and streams. Another reason why we recommend inspecting your sewer and storm drain pipes an a regular basis!
