Hail moved through parts of Colorado this week.

If your property took a hit, don't wait to find out how bad. Hail damage often isn't visible from the ground, and small, hidden problems turn into leaks and costly repairs if they're left alone.

If your property was effected by the recent hail storms, call us at 303-804-0303 and we will conduct a free inspection.

North-West Roofing is excited to be at the CAI Southern Colorado Golf Tournament! We're looking forward to a great day out with community managers and fellow industry partners from across Southern Colorado.
If you're at the tournament, come find us — we'd love to connect and talk about your community's needs.
See you on the green!

With all the recent storms we've experienced across Colorado, now is the time to address potential roof damage before small issues become costly problems.

After a storm moves through, a commercial or multifamily roof can look perfectly fine while hiding bruised membranes, fractured granules, compromised flashing, and weakened seals. Left unchecked, that hidden damage can lead to leaks and costly repairs weeks or even months later.

For more than 60 years, North-West Roofing has helped Colorado property owners identify hail and storm damage early, document findings properly, and work directly with insurance carriers throughout the claims process.

Two events in one week and our team is still buzzing! The CAI - Rocky Mountain Chapter Wild West Expo and AAMD Maintenance Mania brought together an incredible mix of people — longtime partners, new connections, and plenty of great conversations. If you chatted with us or dropped off a card, expect to hear from us soon. We can’t wait to keep building these relationships and see everyone again next year!

Years ago, we started with just two buildings in this community — a small project that turned into a lasting relationship. They appreciated our communication, our work ethic, and the pride we put into every detail. Today, we’re honored to be back, this time reroofing nearly the entire community! Our latest milestone together: 62,000 square feet of Eagle Tile, installed with the same dedication that earned their trust in the first place. Partnerships like this are why we love what we do!

Over the past several months, our team has been working on an extensive roofing initiative across the entire community! Every home is receiving a brand‑new roof crafted from top‑tier materials, giving residents the confidence that their properties are built to withstand the elements for years to come. In total, we installed more than 595,300 sq. ft. of Eagle Capistrano tile—an investment in long‑lasting strength, improved safety, and lasting peace of mind.
This milestone is a testament to the skill and commitment of our crew, as well as the community’s trust in our work. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help create a safer, more resilient neighborhood and remain dedicated to delivering exceptional results on every project we take on!
