Here's some photos of a complete remodel of a rental we did this fall. We tore out all of the kitchen cabinets/sink and flooring in the whole place and replaced it with new. There was a kitchen fire so we had to scrape off the old texture and patch the ceiling before we could retexture and paint. We installed a new entry door, multiple interior doors, and replaced/repurposed a few closet doors. All of the ceilings and walls were cleaned, primed, and painted.
