Our Project Manager Rob having a little too much fun explaining one of the most underrated perks of James Hardie fiber cement siding: pests and woodpeckers want nothing to do with it. No pecking, no boring insects, no nesting — because it’s not wood.

Colorado woodpeckers are relentless on cedar and wood composite siding (foothills homeowners, you know exactly what we’re talking about). Fiber cement takes that problem off the table for good.

Bellwether is the only siding & windows contractor in Colorado to earn GuildQuality’s GuildMaster Award with Highest Distinction three consecutive years.
Here’s what makes this one different from most industry awards: it isn’t bought, lobbied for, or judged by a panel. Customers usually take photos of finished projects. Not their sales rep.
But Ryan made enough of an impression on a recent visit out in Conifer that the homeowner snapped this one mid-conversation and sent it over with a simple note: “Great customer service!”
He was helping them lock in their James Hardie ColorPlus selections, Rich Espresso on the body, Timber Bark on the trim. A combo that’s going to look right at home against the foothills.
The golden retriever was apparently a big fan too. 🐾
We’re a James Hardie Elite Preferred contractor, but that designation is just paperwork. The real proof is what happens on the doorstep, at the kitchen table, and on the jobsite.

Behind every smooth project is a team that never lets the ball drop. 🏔️
Meet Dennis, our Production Manager, and Richard, our newly promoted Operations Manager — who reports directly to Dennis and has absolutely earned that seat.
Dennis leads our entire production department alongside four full-time Project Managers and a dedicated Warranty Tech who are on-site, hands-on, and customer-focused every single day.
Under Dennis’s leadership, Richard manages three Project Coordinators who keep communication sharp and logistics running without a hitch — so every customer knows exactly what’s happening and when.
Together, these two have quietly built something we’re really proud of. Better systems. Better communication. Better outcomes for the homeowners who trust us with their homes.
Many hands make the work light. 🙌
