I did this little video about my dad and his resistance to using a walk-in therapy tub. As I have now come to appreciate over nearly 20 years of helping boomers like me, and seniors like my dad, to discover the truly life-altering benefits of a walk-in tub with our exclusive Medical Hydrotherapy. Just celebrated my beloved Dad's 105th birthday!!! When I asked him on his 100th birthday his secret to being happy in old age, he said: "Happiness as I age? I entered Heaven is when I stopped giving a damn about everything and everyone else, I could care less about what they think, and I started acting as silly as I want." He was a simple man called "Bimbo", but he was wise beyond his years! I suggest you follow his advice. Like or comment if you agree. I miss you Dad!!!🥰

Our latest BEAUTIFUL Bathroom remodel project. We completely redid this large bathroom. Removed an old corner garden tub, installed an amazing therapy tub, and completely re-built a large zero threshold wheel chair accessible shower with dual spray heads and a custom 6' niche in tile. Custom shower enclosure is truly beautiful. Also, installed heated floors. Super cozy!

OK... I'm a high stress kind'a guy. Seriously, the macho I'm ok BS. My blood pressure actually soared to 190/120 when I was in Chile, and I DID NOT KNOW!! No idea. Thats why it's called the silent killer. OK, so on point. When I was in Thailand with my Buddhist Monk mentor, I just could not (and still sometimes CAN'T) quite my mind. That is what meditation is all about. He looked at me and said, "George, you have monkey mind!" Meaning, my mind is so hyper active... it is REALLY hard to focus on being calm, which is really very normal. To this day, I still often struggle with it (just being honest). All this to say... there are amazing resources on the internet. SERIOUSLY! I listen to numerous guided meditations, thought enhancement and relaxation audios. So, in addition to all the other possible options, Dauchsy meditation, The Mindful Movement and Michael Sealey are some powerful sources. I REALLY like Dauchsy because they tend to have an introduction that explains the reasons and background for why this practice is so powerful.
