I have been working harder than I ever had on these soffits being so close to the store front, and installing them from the back side, which was the only possible way, but it's complete, very solid, and looks good. The commercial jobs are getting faster for me now, by having the practice in really helps.

I would like more commercial type ceilings to install, residential is alright but the pay isn't quite as good.

I never really imagined installing a drop ceiling in a residential condominium in the main living area upstairs. It should look fine with a 2'x2' grid pattern with tegular edge Armstrong Ultima #1911 high NRC.
