💥 Fourth Friday Fiore Flashback! 💥

In 1974, Fiore took on its first major earthwork project for D&RGW Railroad, doing work in their North Yard. This was the start of Fiore & Sons Excavating, later to become simply Fiore & Sons, Inc.

Before the invention of excavators with hydraulic components that were specifically designed to dig, we just used what we had, which was dozers and utility tractors paired with trenchers and backhoes. oh, and lots of manual labor, of course.

🔆 Project Highlight: Weld County Road 9.5

Fiore completed this one-mile stretch of roadway through a vacant parcel set for future development. Our team handled everything from substantial underground work to the final surface.

The two large facilities featured are FedEx Mead and the Home Depot Distribution Center, both Fiore projects completed in recent years. Proud to keep building what moves our communities forward. 🚧
