Here's where the cost really comes from:
Design and engineering. Our in house architecture department and structural engineers create plans for a home that has never existed before.
Permits and inspections. Every phase gets reviewed and approved before work can move forward.
Site work. Excavation, grading, utilities, and foundations are tailored to your specific lot. And when we are tearing an old house down, we need to dispose of the materials correctly.
Custom materials. Higher grade finishes, specialty windows, and fabricated pieces like these stairs cost more and take longer to produce.
Skilled labor. Our framers, welders, electricians, plumbers, and finish carpenters are in high demand, and quality craftsmanship takes time.
Equipment. Cranes, lifts, and specialty tools are rented and scheduled around every step of the build.
Coordination. Hundreds of trades and suppliers have to line up on the right day in the right order.
