NOW HIRING: Jones Custom Concrete is looking to add an experienced concrete finisher to our team.

We stay busy with driveways, patios, slabs, stamped concrete, and decorative work in the Lake Norman / Charlotte area.

What we need:
• 2+ years concrete experience (REQUIRED)
• Can set forms, perform grading/base prep, and finish concrete with minimal supervision
• Understands elevations, slope, and proper base preparation
• Takes pride in clean, high-quality work
• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Has valid driver’s license + transportation

🚫 If you need constant direction or don’t care about quality, this isn’t for you.

• $22–$30+/hr (based on experience)
• Steady, year-round work
• High-end residential projects (not production work)

Our team had the privilege of creating this marble styled epoxy floor for a car showroom. The existing concrete floor endured years of use and abuse, and our team spent hours and hours patching every divot and defect in the floor. It was a labor of love, but the end result speaks for itself. Swipe through the pictures to see what we started with.
