Hey everyone — Matt Bransfield here. I'm in the process of acquiring a commercial refrigeration business in the Greeley, Colorado area from a sole practitioner who is getting ready to retire after 25+ years in the trade.
I'm looking for a junior technician to ride with him during his transition out — somewhere in the 12 to 18 month window before he hands off the keys. This person will learn his routes, his customers, and his diagnostic approach from the ground up. When he retires, they will know this market and this trade better than most people who have been running calls solo for years.
I'm not hiring based on how much you already know. I'm hiring based on attitude, aptitude, and whether you are serious about this being a career. The right person sees this for what it is — a rare seat next to someone who built something from scratch and is willing to pass it on.
Pay is $55–65k, company vehicle, full benefits, tools and certs provided, relocation assistance available if you're not already in the Greeley area.
