Last Thursday we spent the evening at the Roth Living showroom in Denver for an appreciation event for builders and remodelers. They treated us with local bourbon and seasonal bites prepared by the chef on Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances.

Seeing and using appliances in person is a big part of planning a kitchen, and it’s always worth spending time with the people who build them. Thank you to the Roth Living team for hosting us, and to Mountain High Appliance, our go to appliance dealer, for always taking care of our clients.

Our crew is headed out next week to volunteer with Habitat Denver. We wanted to share this with you because volunteering on a build site really does make a difference for families in our community.
If you’ve ever been interested in helping out, you can sign up here:

And if any of you (followers, past clients, or friends) would like to come along with our team on a future build day, just let us know. We’re happy to request space so we can work together.

Behind the walls matters as much as the reveal. 🛠️✨

Swipe to see the mid-project groundwork on this guest bathroom remodel in Littleton, CO! Before we installed the custom tile and beautiful fixtures, we used the waterproofing system. Sweating the hidden details is exactly what guarantees a lasting result, and it is something our clients notice. Here is what the homeowner had to say:

“I had my spare bathroom remodeled with a deep soaking tub... The thick shower door Dylan ordered along with the oil rubbed bronze fixtures made this a statement bathroom... Sophie who was here to do a lot of the ground work from taking out the layers of old linoleum, old wall tile, to plumbing in the new bathroom fixtures, was amazing and detailed in her work. I would highly recommend D&D Remodeling if you want the job done right...” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Whether it is the unglamorous demolition and waterproofing or installing the final high-end finishes, our team makes sure your space is built to last.

The ❄️ may be melting but this remodel is 🔥

We spent 2 weeks transforming this fireplace in Highlands Ranch from a dated look into a modern focal point.

As the homeowner, Anthony, put it: “Spot on to our expectations!”

We wrapped up 2025 with this kitchen remodel in Park Hill.
Built in 1935, this Tudor Revival home had a small, enclosed kitchen that no longer fit how the homeowners live. After decades in the house, they were ready to invest in a long-term update that would bring in more light, improve storage, and better connect the kitchen to the surrounding living spaces.

We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room, expanded and replaced the windows, and reworked the layout to make the space feel open while still honoring the character of the home.

Project features include:
• WoodHarbor Custom Cabinetry inset cabinetry in a custom “thyme” finish
• Statement stone countertops carried up the wall with floating shelves
• Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances
• Andersen Windows + Doors with stained wood trim
• Custom railing from Black Tine Design
• Tile floor that continues down the stairs

The result is a kitchen that feels brighter, more functional, and built to serve as their forever home.
