For this recent addition in Historic Downtown Littleton, the goal was to create a "home within a home" that respected the property’s footprint while providing total autonomy for our client’s mother.

We wrapped up 2025 with this kitchen remodel in Park Hill.
Built in 1935, this Tudor Revival home had a small, enclosed kitchen that no longer fit how the homeowners live. After decades in the house, they were ready to invest in a long-term update that would bring in more light, improve storage, and better connect the kitchen to the surrounding living spaces.

We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room, expanded and replaced the windows, and reworked the layout to make the space feel open while still honoring the character of the home.

Project features include:
• WoodHarbor Custom Cabinetry inset cabinetry in a custom “thyme” finish
• Statement stone countertops carried up the wall with floating shelves
• Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances
• Andersen Windows + Doors with stained wood trim
• Custom railing from Black Tine Design
• Tile floor that continues down the stairs

The result is a kitchen that feels brighter, more functional, and built to serve as their forever home.
