Another beautiful project coming to life by The Job Hog Construction. We’re officially wrapping up the exterior of this custom garage addition, and it’s turning out incredible. From the framing and siding to the clean finish-out and oversized garage space, every detail was built with durability, function, and craftsmanship in mind.

Another big milestone hit out here in Denton, Texas.

We’re making major progress on this beautiful 1,000 square foot addition and the framing stage is officially complete. This new garage addition is really starting to take shape, especially with the custom mezzanine built into the back wall that adds both functionality and character to the space.

Our crew has been hard at work making sure every detail of the framing is structurally sound, clean, and built to last. Now that the skeleton of the project is complete, we’re moving into the next major phases:
• Insulation
• Electrical
• Sheetrock installation

This is the stage where customers really begin to see the vision come alive. What started as lines on paper is now becoming a fully functional extension of this home.

We’re grateful to our customers for trusting The Job Hog Construction with their investment and allowing us to bring this project to life right here in Denton County.

At The Job Hog Construction, we believe great companies are built by great people, and today we want to recognize one of the men who helps keep this machine moving every single day, our Operations Manager, JC.

JC is a Purple Heart veteran who proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps. His dedication, discipline, and servant leadership are qualities that continue to impact our company, our team, and our customers daily.

For the past 6 years, JC has been an integral part of The Job Hog family. He is the guy behind the scenes making sure projects stay moving, customers are taken care of, and our standards remain high. His work ethic and commitment are second to none.

One thing that makes JC especially unique is his heart for those who served in our Armed Forces. Any time we work with a veteran or military family, JC personally takes a hands-on role because serving those who served our country means something deeply personal to him.

We are beyond thankful to have men like JC leading from the front. His loyalty, integrity, and servant mindset make him a true asset to this company.

Cinco de Mayo marks the Battle of Puebla in 1862, where a smaller, under-equipped Mexican army stood its ground and defeated one of the most powerful militaries in the world. It’s a reminder that strength isn’t just about size or resources, it’s about heart, unity, and the will to keep pushing forward.

Here in Texas, that spirit lives on in the hardworking Mexican-American community. Builders, craftsmen, business owners, families. People who show up early, stay late, and take pride in doing things the right way.
