This week we want to recognize Josh March, who has the Figure It Out Factor. Josh started with us several years ago as a Sales Rep before we threw him into the deep end as a Sales Manager. Heโs our youngest manager, but donโt let his age fool you. Heโs an old soul who has navigated a lot of change with us. You wonโt hear Josh explain why something canโt be done. Whether itโs our CRM, a team issue, or a customer situation, he puts his head down, gets to work, and finds a solution without having to be told. Thank you, Josh! ๐
