Addition + sunroom framed and dried in
1,500 sq ft deck and ramp in TimberTech Coconut Husk
Electrical in the addition kicked off yesterday

A couple of things to note: the shingles you see are just to rough it in and won't match. The homeowners previously hired another contractor for the seamless metal roof, which will tie everything together.

Up next, we're replacing a few windows and installing a new back door. Then the entire house gets wrapped in new LP SmartSiding for a clean, finished look from top to bottom.

Couple weeks into our Lake Village project and it's really starting to come together. Deck framing is done around the pool, the addition is framed and dried in with ZIP System, and the roof's tied in.

Next up we've got TimberTech composite decking and Westbury railings going on, and electrical and windows should be going in within the next week. This one's going to look awesome when it's done.

Proud of the crew on this one. They've been putting in the work.

Another valpo project wrapped up!
Pressure-treated wood decking, white railings, copper post caps, and steps down to the patio — clean and built to last. Always a good feeling handing over a finished space for a family to enjoy.

Another privacy fence wrapped up in Wheatfield, Indiana 🔥

This one took a little more planning than your standard fence build. The customer wanted a clean, finished look on their side with a board-on-board design, cap and trim, while we still had to keep everything within code and give the neighboring property the structural side of the fence.

So we customized the build to make both work — the customer gets the high-end finished look they wanted, and the neighbor’s side remains a clean, standard privacy fence.

We finished the entire project off with Wood Defender Cedar Tone stain, and it absolutely brought this fence to life.

Deck project complete! 🔨

Just wrapped up this two-deck build using TimberTech composite decking in a two-tone finish, paired with black aluminum Westbury railings for a clean, modern look. Skirting was finished out with LP SmartSide for durability and a seamless match to the home.

📏 Front deck: 50’ x 14’
📏 Back deck: 20’ x 10’
