We know these high temperatures are tough, and we understand how frustrating it can be when your air conditioning isn’t working. Please know that our team is working as quickly as possible to get to everyone in need.

During extreme heat, no-cooling calls take priority, and we schedule them as efficiently as we can. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we help our community stay safe and comfortable.

We also ask that you please be kind to the ladies answering the phones. They are doing everything they can to assist you, answer questions, and get you on the schedule as quickly as possible.

Our technicians are out there giving it their all in some pretty brutal temperatures. We promise we’re doing everything we can to get to everyone quickly—but we’d also prefer not to melt our guys in the process. 😉

Friends, neighbors, and customers — this Memorial Day, we want to take a moment to remember what this day is truly about. 🇺🇸
Memorial Day is more than the start of summer or a long weekend. It’s a day set aside to honor the men and women who gave their lives serving our country and protecting the freedoms we enjoy every day. Their sacrifice — and the sacrifice made by their families — should never be forgotten.

From all of us at D&M, we thank those who served and especially remember those who never made it home.

In observance of Memorial Day, D&M will be closed Monday.
We will still be available for emergency services only.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Bill ✨

Even though Bill has been with D&M for less than a year, it already feels like he’s been part of the crew forever.

As one of our installers, Bill plays a huge role in making sure systems are set up the right way from day one. Installation days are long, physical, and detailed — and Bill shows up ready to work every single time. He’s hardworking, dependable, and always willing to step up when we need him.

Around the shop, you might hear us refer to him as “the skinny guy” — a nickname that stuck pretty quickly. But don’t let that fool you… this guy works hard. He handles the heavy lifting, the tight spaces, and the long days without complaint.

What really makes Bill such a great addition to D&M is his personality. He’s easygoing, laid back, and always down to clown. There’s never a dull moment when he’s around — whether it’s cracking jokes on a tough install day or keeping the shop laughing after hours.

And if we ever need someone to take an extra call or stick around a little longer? Bill’s your guy. He’s always willing to go the extra mile for the team — even if that means hanging out at the shop a little later (sometimes with a beer in hand 🍻).

We’re grateful to have someone who works hard, keeps things light, and truly feels like part of the D&M family.

If you see Bill on your next install, just know you’re in good hands.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Nova (CEO in Training 😉) ✨

Every great company has someone at the top calling the shots… and here at D&M, that role is proudly held by Nova — our CEO in training. 😄

Nova might be the youngest member of the team, but don’t let that fool you. He’s already learning the ropes, making the rounds on service calls, and keeping a close eye on how things are done. If there’s a truck heading out, chances are he’s ready to hop in and go along for the ride.

You may spot him out on a job with his Dan, making sure everything is up to D&M standards (and probably asking all the important questions along the way). From riding along on calls to keeping morale high, Nova plays a very important role around here.

At D&M, family has always been at the center of everything we do — and Nova is a big part of that story. He reminds us why we work so hard and who we’re building this for.

We’re pretty sure the future of D&M is in good hands. 💙

This position assists our installers with residential furnace and AC installations. If you’re someone who works hard, shows up on time, and isn’t afraid of a little attic or crawlspace action, we’d love to hear from you.

🔧 HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience is definitely preferred.

✔ Full-time work
✔ Family-owned company
✔ Opportunity to learn a skilled trade
