Introducing DORADO

For the past several months, we’ve been sharing the progress of one of our newest homes under the title From Vision to Ex*****on — showing how a design moves from the rendering board to actual construction.

Now, we’re excited to officially introduce the floor plan behind that project:

DORADO

Currently being built for the first time in Deltona, Florida, Dorado was designed to deliver an open, functional layout with the features today’s families are looking for—without wasting space.

✨ 4 Bedrooms
✨ 2 Bathrooms
✨ 1,833 SF Living Area
✨ 2,579 SF Total Under Roof
✨ 2-Car Garage
✨ Covered Lanai
✨ Open-Concept Kitchen, Dining & Living Area
✨ Owner’s Suite with His & Hers Walk-In Closets

Swipe through to see the rendered floor plan, interior and exterior concepts, and the vision for the finished home—then follow along as we continue bringing Dorado to life.

This is the first Dorado.

And it won’t be the last.
