When Florida winter finally shows up… we’re outside. 🌴

And when the view looks like this? The goal is pretty simple: don’t block it. ✨

Glass railings give an outdoor space the safety and structure it needs while keeping those sightlines open. No heavy visual barriers competing with the water, palms, and sunshine — just clean glass that lets the view do all the work.

It’s one of our favorite combinations of form + function: secure, understated, and barely there in the best possible way. 🤍

Because sometimes the best design choice is the one you hardly notice.

🪟 When windows become part of the architecture.

Large black-framed windows can do more than bring in natural light — they can completely change how a room feels. In a space like this, the dark frames create definition and contrast while the expansive glass keeps the room bright, open, and visually connected to the outdoors. 🌿☀️

For South Florida homeowners, the right window system should balance design with everyday performance. That means considering:

✨ Glass size and configuration
🛡️ Impact-rated options for added protection
☀️ UV and heat exposure
🌬️ Ventilation and operable sections
🔇 Noise reduction
📐 Precise measurements and professional installation

At A-Christian Glass, we help homeowners choose window and glass solutions that complement the architecture of the home while meeting the demands of South Florida living.

With over 35 years of experience, our team works with impact windows, doors, custom glass, railings, mirrors, and more.

📍 Serving Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Parkland, Fort Lauderdale & surrounding South Florida communities.

✨ Old-world shape. Modern attitude. ✨

Arches have a way of making a space feel instantly more intentional, and this entryway is a perfect example. The curved silhouette brings in that timeless, old-world character, while the black-framed glass keeps the look crisp, current, and beautifully balanced. 🖤

And all that glass? It’s not just for show. ☀️

Expansive glass can bring in more natural light, open up the view, and make an entry feel brighter and more connected to the outdoors.

With the right impact-rated glass and door system, homeowners can also add another layer of storm protection, security, UV protection, and noise reduction. 🛡️🌴

At A-Christian Glass, we love when function becomes part of the design especially when the result feels this timeless.

🪟 Ever notice how much cool air seeps out around an older front door? That little gap adds up on your energy bill every single month, and it's one reason Delray Beach homeowners are making the switch to hurricane impact doors. Beyond storm protection, a tighter seal keeps your AC working less and your bills lower.

There's more to the savings than energy alone. Impact doors are a feature buyers notice when a home goes on the market, and many insurance companies factor them into your premium when paired with impact windows. It's a practical upgrade that pays you back in more than one way.

- Reduces air leaks so your AC runs more efficiently
- Can strengthen your home's resale value
- May qualify you for lower insurance premiums
- Adds year-round protection against South Florida storms

Choosing patio doors for your Delray Beach, FL home? Two common choices: double-pane and impact-rated.

Double-pane: great for improving energy efficiency and reducing outside noise. Often lighter and ideal for everyday comfort in coastal homes.

Impact-rated: built with laminated glass and reinforced frames for added storm resistance and security; may meet local code requirements in higher-risk zones.

At A‑Christian Glass we install custom patio doors in Lake Worth with precise measurements and tidy installation. Schedule a consultation to see which option fits your home.

🪟 Think fiberglass doors are just a budget alternative to wood or steel? That's one of the most common assumptions we hear, and it's worth clearing up.

Fiberglass doors have come a long way. Today's impact-rated fiberglass doors are engineered to handle South Florida's toughest conditions, including hurricane-force winds, salt air, and intense humidity, without warping, swelling, or corroding over time. For homeowners and property managers in Boynton Beach, that kind of durability isn't a luxury. It's practical.

Here's what surprises most people:

✅ Fiberglass doors Boynton Beach homeowners choose often outperform wood in long-term stability
✅ Impact-rated options meet Florida's strict building codes for hurricane zones
✅ They're highly customizable, so you're not sacrificing curb appeal for performance
✅ Energy efficiency is built in, which can help lower cooling costs year-round

At A-Christian Glass, we've been helping South Florida families and businesses find the right door solutions since 1990. We offer free, no-obligation in-home estimates so you can see your options without any pressure.

🪟 Not all windows work the same and choosing the right style can make a big difference in how your home looks, feels, and functions.

Here’s a quick breakdown:

✨ Single or Double Hung Windows

A classic, practical option. Single-hung windows open from the bottom, while double-hung windows allow both sashes to move for added ventilation.

🌬️ Casement Windows

Hinged on the side and designed to swing outward, casement windows offer great airflow and a clean, unobstructed look.

↔️ Horizontal Roller Windows

These slide from side to side, making them a smart choice for wider openings and easy everyday use.

☀️ Fixed Glass Windows

Designed not to open, fixed glass windows are ideal for maximizing natural light, views, and a sleek architectural look.

At A-Christian Glass, we help South Florida homeowners choose the right window style for their home, lifestyle, and design including impact-rated options for added protection. 🛡️
