This week's takes us to the Ottawa area, where M&C Heating, Cooling and Plumbing tackled a challenging installation and transformed a messy starting point into a hardworking home heating system!

At the heart of the installation is an IBC VX 150, providing comfortable, consistent in-floor radiant heating throughout the entire home while also heating an IBC indirect water heater to supply domestic hot water.

A clear vent today can help prevent a no-heat call tomorrow. Take a few extra minutes during fall service visits to inspect the complete venting system—not just what you can see inside the mechanical room. And while you're there, remind the homeowner to keep exterior terminations clear of leaves, snow, and ice throughout the heating season.

Always reference the applicable IBC Installation & Operating Instructions for model-specific venting, combustion air, clearance, and service requirements.
