Core Services Offered:

Inspections: A no obligation one-time inspection is our way of providing new or existing customers with a report that lets them know and see the current condition of their roof(s). During these inspections we take photos and measurements that could assist us in putting a proposal together for repairs or potential replacement

Repairs: After our initial inspection is done, o

ur sales and estimating department will work together to provide you with a Fixed Price or a Time and Materials quote to help fix any current leak issues. Time and Materials quotes will be based of our $79.50/hour service rate and what materials are used during the repair. Maintenance: Annual or Bi-annual roof maintenance programs are recommended to help alleviate and identify potential problems before they could turn into larger issues. General housekeeping is also done on these visits to help keep the roof in good condition which will maximize roof life and unplanned repairs. Replacement: If the current life of the roof has run out and a replacement is needed, our sales and estimating department will provide a detailed proposal based on the customer needs to replace the roof with a long-term solution. A variety of manufacturers and roofing systems could be utilized, and a long-term warranty will be included. Additional Services Offered:

Emergency Service: Our in-house service team provides 24/7/365 emergency leak response within a 150-mile radius of our office. Asset Management: If the customer owns/manages multiple buildings we can provide the information needed to effectively manage those assets and budget decisions with accurate up to date details on the sites. Infrared Testing: An in-depth test of the roof that allows us to determine the extent of wet and damaged insulation within the existing roof system in a non-destructible manner prior to re-roofing. As per the manufacturer’s requirement of the removal of moist or deteriorated roof insulation. Drone Capabilities: The use of drones has become more and more popular in the commercial roofing industry, not always needed but in rare cases we do have the ability to use drones. Consulting Services: Existing facilities profit from our comprehensive consulting services for energy audits, roof maintenance, repair or replacement needs, and development of project budgets, system designs and material selection for an energy efficient roof system.

Time for a quick Roofing 101! 🧠💡

Ever look up at a commercial building and wonder what those openings near the top edge of the roof are?

Those are scuppers, and they’re a flat roof’s best friend! 🌧️

What is a scupper? It’s simply a drainage opening cut into the wall surrounding a flat roof. It gives rainwater a direct exit ramp to flow straight off the building before it can pool up.

Why are they so important?

Stops Standing Water: Keeps rainwater moving so it doesn’t sit around and wear down the roof.

Protects the Structure: Water is heavy (8.3 lbs per gallon!). Scuppers act as emergency relief valves if main drains get clogged during a storm.

Prevents Leaks: Getting water off the roof fast is the #1 way to avoid costly indoor leaks!

Clearing these outlets is one of the easiest ways to protect a building. 🛠️
