We’re a growing, family-owned construction company based in the Troy, NY area, and with a large workload ahead of us, we’re looking to add 1-2 dependable, hardworking people to our team.
We’re open to applicants ranging from an experienced construction laborer to an experienced heavy equipment operator or well-rounded construction worker. The right position will depend on your experience, skill set, and what you bring to the table.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of construction/site work experience
• Heavy equipment operating experience is a major plus
• Carpentry/general construction experience is a major plus
• Class A CDL is a BIG plus, but NOT required. We operate our own dump truck and haul our own equipment, so someone capable of helping with trucking and equipment moves would be extremely valuable
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site every day
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-based environment
• Someone who takes pride in their work and cares about the finished product
• Someone who works well as part of a crew and is willing to jump in wherever needed
What We Do:
The majority of our work is residential new-construction site work, including excavation, utilities, drainage, grading, foundations, land clearing, and related work. We’re also continuing to branch into commercial site work and larger projects.
We also complete fully turn-key construction projects, including:
• Decks & porches
• Garages
• Additions
• Carpentry & general construction
• And more
Because of the variety of work we perform, a well-rounded construction worker who isn't afraid to jump between different types of projects would be a great fit for our company.
