A look into Wes's life.

Even when I'm not working, I'm working.
Whether it's sharpening/cleaning equipment, sprucing up my old mailbox landscaping, or giving my woman the pot of purple flowers and ivy around it. I'm always moving, anybody that knows me knows this about me. I will always try to be ahead. I don't know how relax or maybe, just maybe this is how I relax. Happy Saturday from Wes & Lo’s!

There’s something pretty special about seeing all three of us out here getting after it today.

Wes, myself, and Raylon — working together, putting in the reps, and training Raylon on the standards we expect on every property we touch. He’s only been with us a short time, but he’s been absolutely killing it.

What started with two guys and a vision is growing right in front of us, and we’re grateful for every opportunity God continues to put in our path.

Three strong today. Same standard. Same mission. 💪🌱

💧 Take the stress out of remembering to water… because these young plants aren’t going to water themselves. 😂

We installed this landscape back in April, and with the plants still getting established, consistent watering is important. Today we added a micro-spray irrigation system with proper coverage throughout the beds to help keep everything watered and thriving.

We don’t just install it—we want to see it succeed. 💪

After: dark grey shirt, a completely transformed landscape, and Raylon showing off that banana skinner shrub and berm TWICE just in case y’all missed it the first time. 😂

Also gotta give credit where it’s due — Raylon joined the Wes & Lo’s crew earlier this week and the guy has been absolutely killing it.

💧 Small system. Big difference.

Today’s job: assessing, troubleshooting and repairing a micro-irrigation system that had poor flow due to several tips not working properly. We replaced all the tips throughout the system, then tested everything to make sure we had consistent flow and water going exactly where it’s supposed to.

A step-by-step look at the fix and final test—sometimes it’s not about replacing everything, it’s about finding the problem and fixing it right.

A little hobby of mine that most people probably don’t know about—I love making combination succulent pots.

I’ll grab a handful of different succulents and cacti, bring them home, and turn them into something completely different. Most of the ones I make end up as gifts for family and friends, but there’s just something about putting these together that genuinely makes me happy.

Nothing fancy. Just plants, a little creativity, and something I enjoy doing when I get the chance.

From a cart full of little plants ➡️ to this. 🌵🪴
