A Message from the Wright County Highway Department:
Beginning Monday, May 11, the Wright County Highway Department will be closing the intersection of CSAH 35 and CSAH 8. The prime contractor, New Look Contracting, will resume construction activities that began with the soil correction surcharge in fall 2025 for the proposed roundabout. Work is expected to be completed fall 2026, with an opening date being weather dependent. A detour will be posted using CSAH 7, CSAH 9, Co. Rd. 107 and Co. Rd. 132. The CSAH 8 bridge South of CSAH 35 is open to traffic as of December 2025 but will have minimal activity for final completion. We thank you for your patience and understanding while these projects are completed.
