Construction is under way at Christ the Lord Church in Brookfield, WI, where the existing sanctuary is being replaced for a larger gathering space. This project also includes an addition to the school on the east end of the building.

So far, we’ve been working on the underfloor conduit system for the audio/visual system and our power pipes. Working with Catalyst Construction and Groth Design Group, this project should be wrapped up this fall, just in time for the new school year. We’re excited to share the finished results!

We’re thrilled to announce that Lyons Electric’s Hayden Oestreich took silver at the ABC National Craft Championship a few weeks ago in Orlando, Florida. With over 200 competitors from around the country, Hayden earned 2nd place in the Electrical: Residential - Commercial category. We’re so proud of Hayden and are thrilled to have such a skilled apprentice on our team!

We’re back with another recently completed project with in Milwaukee. This project included a 17,000 sq. ft. addition to connect two existing buildings together, providing much-needed room to expand warehouse space and manufacturing capacity.

We are excited to announce that Hayden Oestreich, a 4th year apprentice at Lyons Electric, took 1st place in the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin Apprenticeship Skill Competition last Friday! The day-long event included a four-hour, hands-on practical competition in the morning and written exam in the afternoon, with over 33 competitors.

Hayden will be heading to compete at Nationals in March in Orlando! We’re proud of Hayden and can’t wait for him to represent Lyons at Nationals in a few months!
