Awesome kitchen sink set up we got to install last week.

Turns out maintaining a Rebel Alliance is expensive… and apparently plumbing didn’t make the budget. 😂

Between X-wing repairs, droid maintenance, and rebuilding bases every time the Empire finds them, those P-traps haven’t seen a plumber in a long, long time.

Even heroes of the galaxy need a good plumber. 🔧🌌

🔥 Outdoor kitchen rough-in coming together!

We installed a new gas line with three stub-outs for the outdoor kitchen appliances, and it’s currently under pressure test awaiting inspection. We also ran the water line for the new outdoor kitchen sink.

Getting everything behind the walls done right before the finishes go on! 🔧🤓

🎥 Today’s mission: EXPLORE THE UNDERGROUND. 🧙‍♂️🪠

Today we performed sewer camera inspections for a 9-building apartment complex for a potential buyer.

Nine buildings. A whole lot of sewer line. And let’s just say… 👀 we found some interesting things lurking down there. 😂

Camera inspections can reveal roots, cracks, offsets, buildup, bellies, and other problems you definitely want to know about before buying a property.

We grabbed plenty of footage, so we’ll be posting some of the more interesting finds soon! 🎥💩

Stay tuned… the drains have stories to tell.

It’s time to let her go. 🥲🔧

This 2003 Ford E-150 was there at the beginning of My Plumber Is A Nerd. It hauled tools, parts, water heaters, and helped me get this plumbing business off the ground.

I hate to see it go, but right now it makes more sense to sell it and put the money back into the business and some new equipment. Onward and upward. 🤓🔧

🚐 2003 Ford E-150
• 217,069 miles
• Engine runs good
• A/C works GREAT 🥶
• Tires have less than 10,000 miles
• Needs transmission work
• Asking $4,000 OBO

She may need some transmission love, but this van worked hard for me and helped build a business. Hopefully, she can do the same for someone else.

If you’re interested or know somebody looking for a work van/project, send me a message or share this post!

⚡ Mission Update: Generator Quest Accepted. ⚡

When the backup power beacon lights up, the Nerd Squad assembles.

Today the entire crew rolled out to Central Austin to tackle a whole-home generator installation. From trenching gas lines to making sure every connection is code-compliant, this is the kind of mission where teamwork beats critical failures every time.

No random party members here—just plumbers who know their craft, communicate, and get the job done right.

🎲 Objective: Unlimited hot showers, cold refrigerators, and lights that stay on when the grid decides to rage quit.

Because when the power goes down… the nerds level up.
