Our next member of the crew is John “Junior” Tautges. He has been in the trucking industry for over 37 years and is our main truck driver. His favorite machine to load and haul is the 963 and he looks forward to getting the jobs done right. When he’s not working you can catch him hunting or spending time with his family!

Morgan Swartz is our Labor Foreman and screed-man. He has been in the paving industry for over 20 years and brings so much experience and knowledge to Beeman Excavating.

He enjoys the finished product of paving the most. Morgan says “It’s satisfying to watch a project transform from the ground up and know I had a part in creating something that's built to last and used by people everyday. There's a real sense of accomplishment in seeing all the hard work come together in the end.”

When Morgan is not at work he enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his family!
