Well, I knew “Little Red” wouldn’t last long on the market BUT 5 days!!!! What?! This little cutie got multiple showings before receiving an offer that the seller just couldn’t turn down. Now we are on our way to the closing table and less than 30 days until someone new takes ownership. ♥️ Built by my favorite builder, (shhhh 🤫, don’t tell the others). Excited for my client who is selling his first investment home with me & hopefully many more to come.

Another investment home complete! 🏡

We recently wrapped up this home for a client who wanted to add another property to their investment portfolio. We love being part of helping families build wealth through real estate, and it’s always exciting to see a project come to life.

If you’ve been thinking about building an investment property, a rental, or even your forever home, we’d love to help. We have several floor plans ready to build!

We build throughout Walton, Okaloosa and surrounding areas. Whether you already own land or are still searching for the perfect lot, we’re here to help.

We also work with a great team of local realtors who can help you find land, pull comparable sales, and make sure you’re maximizing your investment from the very beginning.

If you’d like to learn more about building with Schipper Homes, send us a message. We’d love to talk about your ideas and help you get started!
