Day 1 Progress in Continental, OH

After just 5.5 hours, our crew already has this 30x50x10 pole barn nearly ready for trusses on Monday.

Our goal? To have this project wrapped up with concrete and garage doors completed within 7 days. Let’s see if we can make it happen!

We’re especially thankful to continue working for this customer after recently completing their 38 SQ roof replacement through , featuring new Owens Corning Duration Onyx Black shingles.

We’re making some excellent progress on our room addition in Fayette that’s a little over 1000 sq ft. We have shingles going on tomorrow and then siding, soffit, fascia by early next week then we will be wrapped up here.

After some unexpected set backs with the rains we’ve had this spring we persevered and have a very happy client!

Concrete is done ‼️

We had a timeline to try to meet of having concrete done on this project by March 1 and with weather delays we were still able to meet that deadline within a day as we poured on Monday, March 2. So proud of my whole team for pushing through the elements to make this come together for this customer.

⬆️ Update on our 25x30 Detached Garage Addition in Defiance, OH!

We have grades adjusted and ready for permitting in the morning!

Sometimes in construction, there will be hiccups during projects that are unforeseen and that’s what will define you—it’s how you respond when things aren’t perfectly smooth. The way you handle adversity is what ultimately makes or breaks you as a leader in this industry. Something that was embedded in me at a college athlete that I will carry forever.

We’re excited to help another customer bring their vision to life—a 25x30x12 detached garage designed to match their home with charcoal siding, a black roof, and white trim accents.

This build features 28-gauge steel from Ramco Metals for long-term durability, (2) 10x10 CHI 2283 garage doors with openers, and a 4” concrete floor. Plus, we’re pouring a 16x16 concrete pad so they can add a greenhouse right beside it.

Our guys are busting their tails getting final touches complete on these barns this weekend! The last item for our 55x80 cattle barn got new 6” white seamless gutters.
