Small leak. Big problem.
This mold remediation started with a frozen exterior spigot over the winter. Once spring rolled around and the weather warmed up, that hidden leak made itself known — and unfortunately, mold had already moved into the wall cavity.
Our team completed a small but impactful remediation to remove the affected materials, clean the area properly, and help prevent the issue from spreading further.
Your reminder before next winter: disconnect hoses, shut off exterior spigots when possible, and make sure vulnerable plumbing is insulated. A little winter prep can save you from a much bigger spring surprise.
Because mold loves hidden moisture — and it does not pay rent.
