We’re excited to share that Glades Station East is officially underway at the corner of Glades Rd. and Dixie Hwy! This one story, 18,250 SF project is designed to revitalize and transform the area into a vibrant, welcoming destination.

With its modern architecture, large glass features, unique finishes, outdoor dining, and a decorative fountain, the project will bring fresh energy to Boca Raton’s Light Industrial Zone.

The new space will soon be home to a Gourmet Market and an Italian Restaurant, perfect for both locals and visitors to enjoy.

Construction began September 2025 and is expected to wrap up by March 2027. Stay tuned for progress updates!
