Exciting news ✨ Amazónico Miami has been shortlisted for the 2026 Restaurant & Bar Design Awards.

Designed by Lazaro Rosa Violan Studio and built by RCC, the restaurant spans three floors and features a jungle-themed nightlife venue called Selva. Amazónico Miami combines a luxurious urban jungle aesthetic with 1970s Rio de Janeiro inspiration, offering an immersive, multi-sensory interior across three levels that seamlessly integrates nature, Latin culture, and contemporary design.

We’re proud to see Zuma San Diego officially open its doors at The Guild Hotel. 🏮🌿

As the General Contractor behind the project, we had the privilege of bringing a highly detailed hospitality concept to life—overseeing the distinctive materials, custom finishes, Japanese-inspired architectural elements, and layered interiors that make this space truly immersive.

From the dramatic rock walls and intricate wood latticework to the sushi counter, wraparound bar, garden terrace, and intimate dining spaces, every detail demanded precision and craftsmanship.

Projects like Zuma are exactly why we love hospitality construction: transforming an ambitious design into a finished environment that guests can experience, enjoy, and remember.

Two iconic restaurants. One historical landmark destination. 📍💫 Calusso and Sotogrande opened at Pier Sixty-Six in early 2025, marking the resort’s long-awaited grand reopening. We’re incredibly proud to have built these sister restaurants and to have contributed to the revival of this historic landmark.
