This week, we recognize Construction Su***de Prevention Week. 💙

In our industry, safety goes beyond what happens on the jobsite—it means looking out for the people beside us, too. Check in with your crew, pay attention when something changes, listen without judgment, and remind each other that asking for help is a sign of strength.

A simple conversation can make a difference. Together, we can save lives.

If you or someone you know needs support, call or text 988 for free, confidential help 24/7.

⚡ Sparking some fun at Reno Labor Fest! ⚡

Our Newtron team in Reno, Nevada had a great time participating in Reno Labor Fest over Labor Day in support of the Northern Nevada Member Assistance Program (NNV MAP).

Our team brought a little electricity to the event with a hands-on static electricity demonstration—and it was a big hit! ⚡🙌

We’re proud to support events that bring our industry and local community together. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and joined in on the fun!

This week, we recognize Construction Su***de Prevention Week—an important reminder that safety goes beyond the jobsite. It also means looking out for one another and making mental health and well-being a priority. 💙

The construction industry continues to face a serious mental health and su***de crisis. Long hours, demanding work, time away from family, and the pressures of everyday life can take a heavy toll. That’s why creating a culture where people feel comfortable speaking up, checking in, and asking for help matters.

At The Newtron Group, taking care of people is at the heart of our Core Values.

This week—and every week—we encourage everyone to check in on the people around you. Ask how they’re doing. Take time to listen. Speak up when something doesn’t seem right. A simple conversation can make a bigger difference than you may realize.

If you or someone you know needs support, help is available 24/7:
💙 Call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
💙 Text HELLO to 741741 to connect with the Crisis Text Line.

Take care of yourself. Take care of each other. No one has to struggle alone.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who answered the call, and the countless acts of courage and unity that followed.

We will never forget.
