Complicated but worth while Kitchen Project! I will try to get out there and post again after paint. I think the sage green she is doing will really make it pop! Full height backsplash with Leather Finished Brown Fantasy Stone is stunning! Drilling to line up with the studs for the shelfs was challenging it took a three step process with three separate teams to pull this off! Yellow pendant lights really added character to the project! We were not sure about them. Peninsula can sit up to three! Mostly they will use 2 stools pulling one around the end so they can face each other. When designing and island it is crucial to be able to sit on 2 ends as if both chairs are facing forward people do not use the space nearly as much it is a social thing! I am so glad as was able to help this client find the flooring to match the existing floors in the attached space! Client was having a hard time but just about 20 minutes sitting at my desk I was able to locate online! For a small space this kitchen shows big! Complete kitchen remodel involving three rooms and opening wall up to den! Another light wood kitchen and these clients went for are most popular light wood version from 21st Century Cabinetry "Barley" Wow! This color is awesome it cane out just a few months ago and everyone loves it picking it over much more expensive brands as there number 1 choice! In this projected we gutted out the entire back end of the house removing the wall in the center of this plan where the island is now that use to separate the dinning room from the rest of the space. I am not sure if you can see it here but we also enlarged main entry to room to the left of refrigerator coffee bar area and added a new opening into the den from the dinning room so you can see the fire place when lite from the kitchen!

Beautiful all wood traditional cabinetry! Amazing value about 1/3rd the price of custom inset cabinets with a similar look. Quartz countertops Emerstone, color Doro. Pearl Glazed for the main kitchen and the built in pantry system in the next room. Peninsula accent area is in Hazel Nut for the cabinetry! This kitchen really views better in person with the rich color contrasts are dazeling! This client had us come in and install cabinets and countertops only after there handyman got everything ready. We designed, and I( helped out by inspecting plumbing and electrical locations to make sure everything worked. We caught and issue with the plumbing move and the client had to have a professional come back in and adjust other than that everything went smooth!
