Before, during, and after of a new service replacement. As of January 2026 we need to install meter mains with all new services and upgrades. They’re larger and a bit more involved (we need to make sure grounds and neutrals are separated in the panel when we do this and replace the large cable between the two) but we get them done and they’re ultimately for safety in the event a firefighter needs to turn off power during an emergency

We specialize in, and pride ourselves in wiring pools and working with electrical systems around pool equipment. The importance of working with a master electrician who specifically specializes in pools can not be stressed enough.

The bonding rules for us in New York have changed recently and need to be adhered to from both a safety and code requirement perspective.

It is more involved and costly than it used to be but the safety effect has been found by the code panel to be better.

Heat pumps are an incredible addition to any pool but remember they need their own circuit, typically 50A. If you want to use your pool, don’t hesitate to get a heat pump!
