Our team at VA Management Group completed the full exterior of this commercial property, bringing together multiple materials and finishes to create a clean, cohesive look.

Our team is currently installing a complete roof recovery system at an active assisted living facility in Massapequa. With extensive rooftop pe*******ons, existing solar panels and limited working space, every detail and transition must be properly executed.

Waterproofing starts with protecting the structure where it matters most.

Our team recently completed a foundation waterproofing system for this waterfront property in Great River, utilizing a GCP waterproofing system designed to protect the foundation against water ingress caused by hydrostatic pressure.

With waterfront construction, proper below-grade waterproofing is critical. The right system, proper detailing, and professional installation help create a continuous barrier that protects the structure from long-term moisture intrusion.

Built from the weather barrier out, a complete exterior façade package by VA Management Group. Our team handled the Tyvek weather barrier system, siding, PVC trim, shutters, and thin brick installation, bringing every component together for a clean, durable, and finished exterior. Every detail was carefully coordinated to deliver a building envelope built to perform and made to last. Proud of the craftsmanship our team continues to put into every project.

This project is one we’re incredibly proud of. From the initial waterproofing and building envelope details to the finished façade, every trade was coordinated and self-performed with precision to deliver a long-lasting, high-performance exterior.

Our scope included the complete installation of James Hardie® fiber cement siding, the Glen-Gery Thin Tech® Elite thin brick system, custom architectural metal flashings, EIFS shrouds and trim details, comprehensive air and water barrier integration, plaza deck waterproofing, courtyard roofing systems, and pedestal paver installations. Every transition, pe*******on, flashing, and finish was completed with attention to detail to ensure the building not only looks exceptional but performs for decades to come.

Quality roofing starts with quality ex*****on.

Our team recently completed the installation of a new GAF commercial flat roofing system at this Nissan dealership in New Rochelle, NY. The project included new edge metal, selective metal deck replacement, and all associated flashing and detail work. From demolition through the finished installation, every phase was completed with a focus on quality, durability, and minimizing disruption to the dealership’s daily operations.

Proud of our crew for another job well done and grateful to everyone who helped make this project a success.
