May we take a moment to say a few thank you's and show some appreciation for everybody who gave us an opportunity to be your concrete crew and furthermore family.
We would like to express our appreciation for first of all our crew. They have not only carried us this year, but they carried a brother/compodre/ co-worker / family member to his final resting place. You picked us up and carried us through this year without complaint or hesitation. You've shown our entire family compassion and understanding. Never complaining or missing a step. You were the first in and the last out every single day this year. You held up your leader in a battle he thought was meant to take him completely out. You have tried to mend broken hearts and carry on in the same position your fellow crewmate stood.
Dillon Cain Gipson
Our very own. The one to carry the torch. That looks a little different now. He lights us from above. He is noticed in every way, and it is noticed in every way he is above instead of beside us. I want you all to know how very proud of him we are for fighting battles nobody understood and never once allowed anybody to see. The hard work and dedication to not only his career but to his father and family. Your work did not go unnoticed, son. You are forever in every ounce of concrete we lay.
To SRM, but particularly Frankie Ashley. His family and him showed up and showed out for us this year, and it does not go unnoticed.
Also, thank you to:

And truly anybody that i have forgotten. As I'm only the secretary and do not have full access to all names and Michael wanted me to make sure I thanked you all. We truly are not trying to forget anybody.
We really wanted to show appreciation to Larry, Tamos, Andres, Alfred, JR, bud, Gip, Luke, Danny, Jacob, Hollis, and all workers who came to show support this year also. You did not go unnoticed. We would also like to thank Kenlee Rinkes for allowing us to use your equipment free of charge during our emergency needs.
We love and appreciate each and every returning customers and all of our new customers.
Here is to 2024. Worst year to date. Minus 1. He is watching. We will recover. We will advocate. We will carry on. Not a moment goes by without a thought of our lost boy.
