This full kitchen renovation was about more than beautiful finishes. We completely redesigned the layout, opened up the living space, and brought in more natural light to create a kitchen that's as functional as it is inviting.

✨ **Project highlights:**

✔️ Removed walls and installed structural support beams to create a more open, connected kitchen and living area.

✔️ Designed a spacious new kitchen island with a farmhouse sink, dishwasher, and built-in trash storage.

✔️ Installed floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinetry and relocated appliances to improve the layout and storage.

✔️ Added quartz countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash, and a gas range with an exterior-venting hood.

✔️ Created a new exterior window opening to bring more natural light into the kitchen.

✔️ Installed approximately 2,000 square feet of site-finished white oak hardwood flooring throughout the first floor.

From the custom cabinetry and thoughtful details to the inviting breakfast nook, every part of this renovation was designed to make the home more beautiful, comfortable, and functional.

☀️ A Little Light Makes All the Difference!

What a difference natural light can make in a home! ✨

As part of a larger home remodel for a family in Brookhaven, Intown Craftsmen updated an existing porch and adjoining dining area to create brighter, more inviting living spaces.

We cut a new opening through the brick exterior to bring natural light into the dining area. In the adjoining family room, we replaced the original doors leading to the porch with beautiful, expansive glass accordion doors (also known as bifold patio doors). We also converted the porch into a more functional living space with beautiful custom flooring.

The new accordion doors create a beautiful connection between the family room and porch, while the additional natural light makes the adjoining dining area feel brighter and more welcoming. 🏡

A beautiful bathroom transformation, plus a brand-new powder room, for this home ITP Atlanta.

🚪 A New Powder Room
We created a brand-new 1/2 bath where there wasn't one before. The new powder room was thoughtfully designed into the space to the right of the existing staircase leading to the second floor, adding valuable function without taking away from the home's flow.

🛁 Full Bathroom Remodel
The existing bathroom was completely transformed with a fresh, timeless design featuring a new navy vanity, marble-look countertop, modern black fixtures, updated lighting, new flooring, and a beautifully refreshed shower area.

✨ The Result
A dated bathroom became a bright, stylish and functional space, while a previously unused area became a convenient new powder room.

This project is a great example of how thoughtful remodeling can improve both the beauty and functionality of a home.

Another Atlanta-area home transformed through thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship.

Swipe to see the "before" shot! ➡️

This LaVista Park kitchen overhaul is all about light, layout, and seamless prep space! We opened up the rear wall where the hood vent originally sat, recessed several 9” LVLs into the ceiling, and installed a brand-new window wall to flood the space with natural light.

We completely reconfigured the layout by relocating appliances and building a massive central peninsula to bridge the kitchen and living room—giving our clients ample room to prep, cook, and entertain.

Project Highlights & Features:

✨ Custom dark paint-grade solid wood cabinets with dovetail drawers & trash pullout system
✨ Pristine Quartz countertops paired with a classic subway tile backsplash
✨ Undermount sink, matte black pull-down faucet, and garbage disposal
✨ Recessed LED ceiling lighting & ambient under-cabinet task lighting
✨ Exterior-vented stainless steel range hood
✨ Structural beam recessing & full electrical/plumbing rough-ins
✨ Dust-containment setup & meticulous cleanup for a smooth homeowner experience

🏡 Edgewood Bungalow Remodel | Atlanta, GA

There’s a lot to love about Atlanta’s classic bungalows—but sometimes the floor plan and storage need a little help catching up with the way we live today.

For this bachelor’s charming bungalow in Atlanta’s Edgewood neighborhood, we remodeled the primary bedroom suite, bathroom, and laundry area, creating a more functional space while keeping the character of the home.

🚿 The primary bathroom remodel included a complete demo and rebuild, new plumbing and electrical, a space-saving pocket entry door, new tile flooring, shower tile, a state-of-the-art shower waterproofing system, new lighting, and a custom vanity. The green tile, terrazzo-inspired finishes, warm wood, and statement lighting give the finished bathroom a distinctive look without feeling out of place in a vintage Atlanta home.

🧺 The laundry closet remodel was all about making better use of limited space. We added custom cabinetry designed around the washer and dryer, a quartz countertop, and cabinetry extending all the way to the ceiling—providing everyday storage below and extra storage above for less frequently used items.

It’s a great example of how a thoughtful Atlanta home renovation can add modern function and storage without taking away the charm that made you love your older home in the first place.

If you’re considering a bathroom remodel, laundry room remodel, primary suite renovation, or whole-home remodeling project in Atlanta or Decatur, we’d love to talk about your home.

🏡 Pantry + Coffee Area Transformation

From underused space to a beautiful extension of the kitchen!

This pantry redesign was all about maximizing space, improving access, and making the kitchen work harder for the homeowner.

✨ Removed and reframed the existing pantry doors for maximum access and usability
✨ Added custom pantry cabinetry to extend the kitchen and make the most of every inch
✨ Created an adjacent coffee area with a standard-height base cabinet and countertop
✨ Finished the space with beautiful cabinetry and a clean, cohesive look that feels like it was always part of the kitchen

The result? More storage. Better accessibility. More usable kitchen space.

This is exactly what thoughtful remodeling can do—take an awkward or underutilized area and turn it into something that is both beautiful and functional.
