A Special Congratulations to Our Very Own Jamie Early Pearman! 🏆 💛
As Early Services’ four-legged social media manager, I am absolutely thrilled to share this news with everyone! 🐾
Our very own Jamie Pearman has been named the 2026 ABC North Alabama Eagle Lifetime Achievement Award recipient! 🦅
For more than 40 years, Jamie has dedicated her life to Early Services and the construction industry. Through her leadership, hard work, generosity, and unwavering commitment to others, she has made an impact that reaches far beyond the walls of our office.
This recognition is especially meaningful because Jamie is following in the footsteps of her father, Jim Early, who has also received this prestigious award. What began as one family’s dedication to building something meaningful has grown into a legacy that continues to touch countless lives. To see both father and daughter recognized for their lifetime contributions to the industry is something truly special.
But while the construction industry knows Jamie for her accomplishments, leadership, and dedication, those of us who see her every day know there’s so much more to her story.
And I happen to know that firsthand. 🐾
Every single morning, the moment I arrive at Early Services, I head straight for Jamie’s office. No stopping, no distractions, and certainly no exceptions! And when we return from lunch, I make that very same trip all over again. It’s our little routine. Now, I’ll admit, the treats are pretty great. But what makes those visits special is knowing that no matter how busy her day may be, Jamie always makes a little time for me.
And that is just a touch of what makes Jamie so deserving of this award. It’s not just the years she’s dedicated to her work or the accomplishments she’s achieved along the way. It’s the countless ways, both big and small, that she’s made a difference in the lives of those around her.
Some people leave their mark through the things they build. Others leave theirs through the people they love, encourage, and inspire. Jamie has spent her lifetime doing both.
Jamie, we hope you know that the kindness and dedication you’ve shown to this company, this industry, and everyone around you have never gone unnoticed. Your accomplishments are something to be proud of, but the person you are is what makes us proudest of all.
On behalf of your entire Early Services family, congratulations on this incredibly well-deserved honor. We are grateful for everything you’ve built, everything you’ve given, and, most importantly, for the heart you’ve put into it all.
Your legacy is so much more than the work you’ve done. It’s the lives you’ve touched along the way. ❤️
