This is short video from today. For those that saw the same thing . At first glance, you may think it's some sort of flowering plant adrift in the wind or - as improbable as it sounds - snow flakes. Both guesses are wrong. In reality, those white specks are alive. The white puffs are Asian Wooly Hackberry aphids.
