Mrs. Smith, our client, has a Kohler toilet in her downstairs bathroom that is stopped up and will not flush. We are running the auger down the toilet to try and clear obstruction! After the obstruction in removed we flush the toilet multiple times with toilet paper to determine this toilet is flushing properly.

Clogs are guaranteed to be clear when we LEAVE. Guaranteed for a year? Nope. Why? There's no way for us to know what one flushes after the fact! 🤪
