This week, we're proud to recognize Mathew Puglisi from our Pensacola team!

Mathew recently graduated from the NJATC Electrical Apprenticeship Program at George Stone Technical College, completing four years of dedicated classroom instruction and hands-on field experience.

Those who work with Matthew describes him as someone who quietly leads by example, consistently growing in his responsibilities while demonstrating a strong commitment to the electrical trade.

When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Mathew shared that seeing a conduit run come together into a clean, finished installation is one of the most rewarding parts of his work. Outside of the jobsite, you'll likely find him kayaking or at the gym.

Mathew is a great example of ICE Contractors' commitment to developing the next generation of electricians. Congratulations, Mathew, on this well-earned achievement! Thank you for your hard work and for being a part of our ICE team!

Employee Spotlight 🔦

This month we're proud to spotlight Tabitha Muller, our National Quality Control Representative & Field Lead, who is celebrating 2 years with ICE Contractors next month!

What Tabitha loves most about her job is that no two days are the same. From hospitals and schools to cow fields and even missile labs, her work has taken her to some incredible places. What motivates her most is helping other grow. Whether she's training new team members or sharing her knowledge, Tabitha believes in leading by example and setting others up for success.

When asked what coworkers would say about her, the answer was simple: reliable. Whether it's showing up early, following through on commitments, or keeping projects organized, Tabitha is someone her team can always count on.

Her advice for anyone entering the industry: "Never stop learning. Ask questions. Learn from those around you and find what works best for you."

When she's not working, you'll find her reading sci-fi and fantasy books, traveling, camping, crafting, or enjoying a good board game.

This month, we're proud to recognize Donnie Lowery. He is a service manager / field superintendent who has been a valued part of the ICE Contractors team for 16 years.

When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Donnie's answer was simple: The people and the satisfaction of completing a quality job.
What motivates him? Building a secure future and working toward retirement.
We asked him what advice he would give to anyone considering a career in our industry. Donnie shared this: "This trade has sustained me all my life, and you can go as far as you'd like in it."
His biggest pet peeve on a job site is a dirty work area. When he's not on the job, you'll likely find him hunting, spending time with his "smoking hot" wife, or enjoying time with their five grandchildren.
