His metal roof had to be replaced at only 5 years old!
This homeowner in Monroe called us out to look at some leaks after a family member referred us to him. As we inspected the attic, we seen there was multiple areas where water was penetrating through the screws causing plywood to rot! This was due to improper installation ❌
We gave him an estimate for replacement. He called us the next day saying how he was very impressed with our professionalism and wanted to move forward 🙌

Quick repair we knocked out earlier today 👇

Tenants noticed a small water spot inside.
Turns out it was failed pipe flashing that had been leaking for a while.
It’s a simple fix for the most part.
If left alone, it would’ve turned into a much bigger issue! That’s how most major roof problems start…. Small and unnoticed.

This is why attic ventilation matters…

This homeowner bought a “Flipped” home just a year ago — upon inspection we noticed it had ❌ No attic ventilation ❌ Only R-13 insulation ❌ zero airflow!

Definitely not our first rodeo seeing someone dealing with the misfortune of getting scammed by a house flipper. so we went to work on getting this done the right way for them by installing
✅ Solar attic fans
✅ Soffit vents
✅ Baffles for airflow
✅ Proper insulation depth
I checked back in yesterday (1week after install) — he’s already noticing a huge difference in temperature and couldn’t be happier with us.
