This customer needed some help getting a dryer vent installed. The dryer was actually being vented into the basement! With it being a gas clothes dryer, that is a very danerous situation. Gas dryers produce carbon monoxide gas during the heating process which can cause affixiation if the concentrations are high enough. In addition, the combustion process produces water v***r which made this already damp basement even more wet. A chronically damp basement is prime breeding grounds for mold and mildew which has clinically proven negative health benifits. Venting the gasses and moisture to the outside of the house is the right way to ensure your health and safety and make your clothes dryer operate at peak efficiancy!

Two young ladies sharing the same bedroom. One closet. Both getting ready for the day at the same time. Both girls want to get to their side of the closet at the same time. The problem is, the closet has a sliding door. Who gets to go first?

Well, this customer solved the problem by having JLS Innovative Solutions install a bi-fold closet door system so BOTH ladies can get to their side of the closet at the SAME time! A great move to keep the peace and keep the morning routine flowing more efficiently!

One of my customers reached out to me for a solution that would prevent her little grand-daugther from climbing her staircase in her barn. I was happy to provide a proposal that would keep a curious little toddler out of trouble, and a worried grandmother from growing any more grey hair, lol. JLS Innovative Solutions LLC. designed and built a sturdy handrail system with a locking gate on-site! I think it turned out really nice!

Hello Family, Friends, and Fans of JLS Innovative Solutions! I trust everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July celebration!

I'm getting everyone caught up on a few projects that have been completed this year. For this project, my customer wanted to update all the interior doors, casing, and baseboard trim in their upstairs floor. Every door casing was custom cut and a little custom fab work on the small closet door to get it to fit properly! I like the look and styling of this project. Simple and clean.

JLS Innovative Solutions recently provided services to a local church here in Decatur. Strong storms earlier this spring damaged the church's roof which caused water damage to the inside on the walls and ceilings. JLS was ready to help by repairing the damaged corners, cracks, knock down and drop ceilings! In the end, it turned out great and the members were able to enjoy their newly repaired interiors!

Spring is finally here and so is nicer weather! Warmer, sunnier, and certainly windier days make drying your clothes on a clothesline more enjoyable! Nothing beats the smell of freshly dried clothes hung outside in the warm sunny air! That's what this customer wanted in there backyard, so they contacted JLS Innovative Solutions LLC. to see if they could make it happen. The plant hangers were an addition my customer wanted and I thought that was a very clever and beautifying way to dress up the clothesline.
