In light of the recent break in I'm investing into our facility. No more easy chain link fencing. Were putting cinder block walls up around our lot with climbing deterant spikes. The front will be decorative with a steel gate instead of a fence. The walls are going to be structural ready for future the long term property vision. These other pictures were inspiration towards what we will have for the final master plan.

Happy to announce the guy responsible for my break in and a few others was positively identified and has warrant for his arrest. He has priors and was released days before in pretrial for the same thing. By now it's likely I won't recover the tools but more importantly I ask we stand against this as a community. I will fight for the fullest sentence be law and seek restitution against the state. It's the state fault as part of the safety act and we need that to change ASAP. Decatur deserves better and Decaturs judicial system letting them off the hook under the safety act is no excuse. 3 strikes and your done is plenty of chances with these types of crimes

They came back not once, but twice and they were caught trying to steal a working ac behind Country Financial and the barber shop. One can only hope the cops and judicial system will do their job and serve our community by punishing these criminals to the fullest extent of the law.

Fyi a local community member recognized my photo. I have a name and address that's been given to the police. I confirmed a high probability match on his pages. I also found out he is a repeat offender with 2 felonies in Macon alone for theft.

He will be caught and this will be strike three for him. Time the hammer comes down hard!

Well, unfortunately our shop was broken into. Materials and tools were stolen overnight. Bad thing for most thieves, they aren’t the brightest. By the time you saw the cameras, your face was seen plenty of times. Your’e on camera and prints were taken thanks to our cameras identifying what you touched. Also, JJ Swartz caught your buddy on their cameras as well. You also left a key tool behind and touched so many things with no gloves. Great job leaving plenty of physical evidence. Better turn yourself in because I’m going to prosecute this hard. One thing I can’t stand is a thief. Maybe next time, actually try to hide your face before looking at the cameras.

Despite his efforts in damaging our security system, it’s back up and fully operational thanks to David Stouts quick response!

Service beyond the job matters so much to us and I am looking for your help in creating a training topic discussing customer service.

Whether its been hvac, plumbing, electrical or even hospitability, resturantes etc. Customer service is customer service.

The questions I have do not have to relate to hvac only.

What are some reasons why you choose any company?

How impactful are reviews both positive and negative from any platform?

If you have done this. Why would you stop using a company you've used many times and then suddenly stop using them?

Why do you continue to use the company you have been using?

Manual D. Teaches how to identify and fix air flow issues created by poor ducting design

Manual S helps put the above data together to identify the Proper sized equipment for any home.

Its been a long road to find the right fit for our lead field guy. Tomorrow I am happy to announce Will Good as my Decatur Branch Field Manager. Will is a Decatur native who recently moved back home from Washington state. Hes had 12 years experience on paper including management and training roles with his prior company and been named employee of the year for a multi million dollar company overseeing medium to large crews. He recently contacted me because he was looking for the right fit for not only himself but to be a part of a team for the long haul. We have talked for an easy 6 hours and I know he will represent the company with the upmost value, moral ethics and provide the best customer service that we strive for.

We are now back to the manpower we were at the beginning of the year and won't be 2 to 3 weeks backed up as we have been all spring. We look forward to serving Decatur, Springfield and the surrounding areas better and as always.
