Carport addition progress photos.
We want to say thank you to some repeat customers!!
We built this house for them four or five years ago and have come back now to add a carport onto the side of the house.  we poured the parking pad back when we built the house.
Once we started squaring everything up and the ad-on roof system everything was extremely square and the placement of the new poles worked out absolutely perfect.
Here are just a few progress photos of the last couple of weeks we’re almost done. We simply have to finish out the painting and staining.
This is a great addition to an already awesome home!!!
Thanks to the customers as well as all the guys that worked really hard on getting this done in a matter of weeks!!

Check out these before and after pictures of a back patio add-on, we did for one of our customers in Millbrook. We framed up and added on to the roof line while insulating all of the new roof line, including her existing back porch area. We then framed up and installed an insulated sunroom with high-quality, energy efficient aluminum windows that slide left to right in order to open. We included plugs on the inside at the base of the wall integrated into the Aluminum frame and a mini split Hvac heat pump. We also added a couple of full glass insulated doors, along with pavers in a small area outside for plants and a sitting area. We finished it off with new fans, LED recessed lights, new gutters, tying everything into the house. All of the materials we used match the existing home exactly and everything turned out fantastic. Between the Foam Insulation, the insulated panels, windows and the heat pump this patio will stay extremely cold in the summer and nice and warm in the winter! We did not have to do any finish landscaping at the end of this project which made our customer extremely happy.

Custom home project on Lake Martin is ready to start with the foundation. This will be a beautiful home with features picked out when our customers visited the interior & exterior decorator. This is a complimentary (free) service we give all of our customers. This collab of homeowner + decorator in the showroom helps the customer with all of the “overwhelming” amount of choices and decisions and creates a beautiful home inside and out!!
It takes the pressure off the customer and helps streamline the building process. 99% of the custom home builds seen in the pictures on this page have been an effect of this decorator/homeowner meeting!! Let us help make your dream come true!!
