🏡🎨 A little look at me renovating a condo!

✨ Let me introduce myself! ✨

I’m part of the team behind the scenes at Doug Henschel Painting, helping run the office, coordinate jobs, and work alongside our crews in the field.

I’m incredibly proud to follow in my father’s footsteps and carry on his legacy. ❤️ I’m realizing more and more that this is the path I was meant to follow.

Construction and the trades are about more than just the work — they’re about relationships, teamwork, and bringing people together. I’m proud to be part of this industry, building relationships with our clients, crews, and industry partners as we create an exciting future for Doug Henschel Painting! 💪🏡

🍂 Fall is a great time to tackle your exterior painting! 🎨

While spring may seem like the obvious choice, frequent spring showers can cause delays and slow down your project. Fall can offer a great window to get your exterior painted before winter weather arrives.

Planning ahead makes all the difference! 🏡

A table is where we gather, share stories, catch up on our days, and make memories. But the beauty of a space goes beyond the furniture — it’s in the details that bring it all together.

At Doug Henschel Painting, we believe the right colors, finishes, and attention to detail can transform an ordinary room into something truly beautiful.

Every space has its own vision, and we take pride in bringing that vision to life. We love the opportunity to create something that feels intentional, unique, and worthy of the space.

Because great spaces deserve more than a fresh coat of paint. They deserve a finish that feels like a work of art. 🎨

A LITTLE OUTSIDE OUR USUAL LINE OF WORK… BUT A WHOLE LOT OF FUN!

Custom floors aren’t something we do every day, but when a space calls for something unique, we’re always up for the challenge.

This project was about more than just a floor. It was about giving a special space the attention, care, and dignity it deserves. Every line, every detail, and every step of the process mattered.

We love what we do, and some of the most rewarding projects are the ones that allow us to step outside our usual routine, get creative, and bring someone else’s vision to life.

Whether it’s a designer’s vision or a homeowner’s dream, we believe in respecting the vision, honoring the details, and helping bring it to life. That’s what makes each project unique. 🖤🤍

Your front door, garage door, side doors, and even your interior doors are some of the most important doors in your home. They’re part of what greets you when you come home and often the first thing others notice when they visit.

Interior doors are the doors we see every single day, constantly opening, closing, and being touched. They take a lot of everyday wear and tear, too. Exterior doors are just as important to stay on top of, as they battle the outside elements every day. Proper care and maintenance helps preserve their integrity and keep them looking beautiful.

And your front door? It’s one of the easiest ways to add a little jazz and personality to your home with a simple refresh. A fresh color can make a bigger difference than you think!

Your doors are part of your home, your comfort, your memories, and everything good waiting inside. ❤️

A beautiful finished space doesn’t happen by accident. It takes vision, guidance, attention to detail, and a team that truly cares about the work they put their name on.

This project in Monmouth Beach was such a pleasure to work on. We’re grateful for the opportunity to work in such a beautiful setting and to bring this space to life.

At Doug Henschel Painting, we put our heart and soul into every project — from the initial planning and leadership to the final brushstroke. We believe strong leadership sets the standard, but it takes a strong, dedicated crew to bring that vision to life.

This pool area is a perfect example of what happens when experience, craftsmanship, communication, and pride all come together.

We wouldn’t be where we are today without the incredible people who stand beside us and share the same commitment to doing things the right way.

Strong leadership. Strong crew. Quality work. Every time. 💪🎨

This project showcases the transformation of a kitchen ceiling using Benjamin Moore Advance Satin. Our goal is a bright, refined finish that elevates the entire space. With careful spraying, this look reflects light beautifully and complements the entire kitchen design. .henschel.painting
