So Elite Tinting & Films messages me today with AI. Asked if there was something I wanted or interested in. I say no. The AI then asks if there is anything it can do for me. Again I say no. Then I get an angry message and apparently a block. What great customer service. If you don’t want people to reply to your bot, don’t have your bot reach out because someone might have accidentally clicked on an ad trying to get rid of it.
