Great progress happening at this new construction home we started this week!
We’re installing the mini retaining wall, prepping for the concrete patio pour, and getting ready for final grading and sod.

We’ll be back next spring to install the landscaping, mulch, plants, and more! We have a really cool design planned for this property and can’t wait for the completed project.

Our team recently finished up this new construction home on the golf course in Wrightstown!

A total of 21 dump truck loads of fill and pulverized topsoil were delivered, spread, and graded to create the proper drainage and a beautiful finished yard. This project turned out amazing, and we can’t wait to see the lawn come in nice and thick for another great customer!

Lots of fill being pushed around on this new construction home.

We raised the grade in the backyard of this home about 2 feet to give the backyard a nice gradual slope and avoid having a steep drop-off. A lot of dirt moved, but it’s all part of making the yard more functional and setting it up the right way from the start.

Looking forward to seeing this one come together!
