Project complete on the historic Telford/Lindsay Building in downtown DeKalb!

After completing the necessary structural repairs and replacing the damaged roof decking, our team installed a new 60-mil PVC single-ply membrane roofing system backed by a 20-year warranty.

This system provides durable, long-term protection while helping preserve an important piece of our community’s history.

We’re proud to have completed this project for DeKalb Texas Octoberfest and to play a small part in keeping historic downtown DeKalb alive for years to come.

Progress continues on the historic Telford/Lindsay Building in downtown DeKalb.

Once the old roofing materials were removed, our team was able to address the deteriorated roof decking and structural components underneath. This is the part of a roofing project most people never see—but it’s also one of the most important.

A new roofing system is only as strong as the structure supporting it, so we’re taking the time to repair the damaged areas and build a solid foundation before moving forward.

This is more than a roof coating.

We installed a full fabric-reinforced ply system using acrylic coatings with reinforcing fabric embedded throughout the system. Once cured, it creates a seamless, durable layer designed to provide added strength and protection against hail and weather exposure.
